Profs of Al-Sadr Al-Diniyah School in Iraq Visit ISCA

A group of professors from the seminary of Al-Sadr Al-Diniyah School met with the president and directors of Islamic Sciences and Culture on Thursday, July 31.
According to the International Office of the Center for Scientific and International Cooperation, the delegation first visited the scientific achievements of the academy and then discussed with the President and some officials of the ISCA.
In a joint meeting between the president and some officials of the academy, Dr. Najaf Lakzaei, president of the Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy, welcomed the guests and talked about the most important activities of the Islamic Propagation Office of Qom Seminary (IPOQS) and ISCA.
He said, "IPOQS is in charge of propagation inside Iran and its activities abroad are in the form of software. Traditional and modern propagation is one of the most important promotional methods of this office and the modern propagation itself is being pursued and done in several ways, in which it seeks to deepen religious thought and insight and fully explain Islam in the academic, seminary, and social arenas.
Lakzaei continued to discuss other activities of ISCA and said, "The outputs of the academy are in several sections, including academic productions, and we are looking to launch new fields, including launching and strengthening Islamic studies."
The president of Islamic Sciences and Culture Academy mentioned the activities carried out in the field of the Qur'an, including the preparation and translation of Qur'anic Dictionary, and referred to policies related to major issues in Iran, including legislation.
He considered the political, social, and cultural impact on the public as one of the other goals of the academy and further specified, "The academy seeks to meet the needs of the research community."
The Center for Answering Religious Questions, Pajoohaan Mobile Book Reader, and the Humanities Information Management System were among the other sections that Dr. Lakzaei introduced and emphasized cooperation in joint fields with the seminary of the Al-Sadr Al- Diniyah School.
It is worth noting that the Al-Sadr Al-Diniyah School in Karbala is one of the branches of the religious seminary of Iraq, which has been in charge of propagation in Iraq and abroad for many years. During its presence in Iran, this seminary has sought to obtain information and experiences of Iranian religious and research centers, including IPOQS and ISCA.
